Today, we’re excited to welcome Dr. Johnny Franco, board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of Austin Plastic Surgeon, as the newest member of the Bliss Medical Advisory Board.

Meet Dr. Johnny Franco

‍

Dr. Franco is a bilingual (English/Spanish) plastic surgeon known for combining meticulous technique with a warm, patient-first approach. He is currently one of Texas’s most sought-after aesthetic surgeons. His background includes a B.S. in Biochemistry from Beloit College, a medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and a plastic surgery residency at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident. He further refined his training with microsurgery at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan and a fellowship in breast reconstruction and fat transfer at Ghent University Hospital in Belgium.

Over the years, he has built a reputation for advanced body contouring, BBLs, breast procedures, mommy makeovers, and facial rejuvenation, performing more than 10,000 procedures. His work has earned recognition from the Austin American-Statesman’s Best of the Best Awards, as well as the Merck Index Award and Walter S. Haven Prize, and he maintains a 4.8+ star rating across hundreds of RealSelf reviews.
