Sales Operations
Sales Operations Specialist
Hybrid · Full-Time · NYC
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day support resource for the sales team, owning reactive requests across HubSpot and other sales tools.
- Manage HubSpot data hygiene, including contact records, deal stages, and pipeline accuracy, to ensure the team is working from clean, reliable data.
- Troubleshoot tool and workflow issues quickly so reps stay focused on selling.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give sales leadership visibility into key funnel metrics and team activity.
- Manage competing requests from across the sales team with good judgment on prioritization, flagging recurring friction points to leadership.
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- Hands-on HubSpot experience (CRM administration, workflows, reporting, or similar).
- 1 to 3 years in a sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support role.
- Strong attention to detail and a natural inclination toward process and organization.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to a startup or high-growth environment.
- Direct GTM experience such as sales
- Familiarity with sales tools beyond HubSpot (dialers, sequencing tools, enrichment platforms, etc.).
You will thrive here if you are:
- Resilient and resourceful when there is no clear playbook to follow.
- A clear communicator who can manage expectations across a fast-moving team.
- Energized by ambiguity and motivated to build, not just maintain.
- Detail-oriented but able to stay focused on what actually moves the needle.
- Naturally curious about technology and how systems connect.
Senior Data Analyst
Hybrid · Full-Time · NYC
We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst with deep technical skills in querying, scripting, and dashboard development. This role spans analytics, reporting, and data operations, and is built for someone who wants to work cross-functionally.
This role covers the full cycle of turning raw data into something the business can act on. That means structuring datasets, building reporting frameworks, running analyses, and partnering with business teams to make data-driven decisions. Experience working closely with a sales or revenue organization is a strong plus.
This role requires someone who can move between deep technical work and cross-functional collaboration, and who takes ownership of making data useful across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Write and optimize queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data across multiple sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Looker, Tableau, or similar) that give teams real-time visibility into performance, pipeline, and growth metrics.
- Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to track KPIs, identify trends, and surface actionable insights that drive revenue.
- Support backend data work when needed — helping clean, structure, and organize data pipelines so reporting stays reliable and scalable.
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively dig into the data to identify opportunities, flag risks, and recommend next steps.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, data scientist, or similar quantitative or technical role.
- Strong SQL skills — you're comfortable writing complex queries.
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Looker, Tableau, or an equivalent tool.
- Exposure to or interest in backend data work (ETL, data pipelines, data modeling) is a strong plus.
- Experience working closely with a sales, revenue, or commercial team — you understand how data supports go-to-market strategy.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders who aren't data people.
- A generalist mindset — you'd rather do a bit of everything than specialize in one thing.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward figuring things out independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or marketplace/platform businesses.
- Familiarity with Python or R for ad hoc analysis or automation.
- Experience with AI/ML tooling or applying automation to data workflows.
- Background in a high-growth startup environment.
Bliss Aesthetics is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team. If you're excited about this role but don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you.
